Room Rentals
Rental DepositA 50% rental Deposit is required at the time of contract signing. Refundable if contrast cancelled 60 days prior to event,Damage DepositIn addition to the rental deposit, a damage deposit is required in the amount of $200.00. This deposit is for the purpose of insuring that nothing other than normal clean up is necessary and that property or equipment has not been damaged or removed. If there is no damage or extensive clean-up, this deposit is refundable after inspection of the facility be the catering manager. Should the event be cancelled, the deposit will be returned. OVERTIME RATES ARE AVAILABLE.All parties are set up Buffet style only. The VFW provides full waite staff service. This includes: set-up; clean-up; and waite staff. We provide white table cloths, and choice of linen napkins, silverware, stemware and china plates. |
